I travelled to Bibb County yesterday to turkey hunt and visit with my good friend Carl Vernon. We graduated from college together and Carl was in our wedding about 4 years ago. We heard a few gobblers, but didn't leave the woods with a bird, Oh Well, the visit was good anyway! Here are some pictures...

Here is Carl scaring off.......I MEAN... calling up a gobbler! He said all he needed was a stage and he could be at the world turkey calling championship with his artistic strutting!
